WE SOLD THE HOUSE. I don't mean to scream, but it only took us 1 day. We put the house on the market and sold it on Monday, March 4th. It also happened to be our 24th wedding anniversary. What a present!
The house inspection is on going. There were 4 findings and three of them are ones we showed the inspector. Believe me, there is nothing we want now more than getting into the new house and putting this home behind us. We sure will miss it though. Kate has never known another place to live. Still, I think she is focused on a bigger room.
